The shaftless screw compactor is a combined machine that allows 3 activities at the same time: draining, conveying, compacting. It is composed by: - Draining section - Conveying device with U-section trough - Compactor The draining section is usually placed under (or immediately before) the hopper, then the material is conveyed through a U-section trough, until the compacting/dewatering section, that allows a volume reduction up to *0%. The machine is installed with an inclination at least of 5°, up to *0°.
